JA Vocal Music provides private and group voice lessons
for all ages and all levels. Vocal coach, Jeanette
Airen, is a singing and song writing gem. She has
experience with live performance and studio recording.
Private students will learn vocal technique, performance
skills, recording skills, microphone technique, song
writing skills, stylistic techniques, and more. There
are group classes offered that focus on music for
children (Minnie Melodies ages 4-6), Musical Theater
(ages 7 & up) and Live and Studio Performance
(ages 13 & up). JA Vocal Music provides the opportunity
for all students to perform in a bi-annual vocal showcase.

Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that everyone can be great as long as they
apply themselves. I work on technique by giving each
student customized vocal exercises and we apply that
technique to songs they would like to work on. I also
work on stage and studio performance.
Require_curriculum: Each lesson is recorded and given
to the students on a CD. I require that the students
warm up and practice with their CD's daily.
Lesson Charges:
Private Lessons (Hour): $200 per month
Private Lessons (45 Min.): $165 per month
Private Lessons (Half Hour): $135 per month
Additional Rate Info: I offer the first lesson for
free and discounted rates for college students.

In addition to weekly lessons, I also put on two
Vocal Showcases each year to give my students the
opportunity to perform. My students sing solos, group
numbers (i.e. duets, trios, etc.) and choir songs.
I hire a 4 piece band made up of professional musicians
working in the music industry and I invite music industry
professionals to come see the show. It is a great
opportunity for my students and it gives them experience
for when they are ready to sing professionally.
