Background: Music career; Dance hit in the 90's (house record), studied and recorded with Raz Kennedy (who sang for years with Bobby McFerrin and coached such artists as Adam Duritz), and many others. Her band currently has a CD in Tower Records in LA.

Teaching Philosophy: "My philosophy is tied to what I call not efforting -- using your body as an instrument to sing without stress. I give students a toolbox of vocal techniques (including breathing) that they can duplicate and depend on."

Teri teaches private voice lessons as well as small classes and seminars out of her home studio and a variety of music stores. Based on her experience as a recording artist, she has synthesized an approach to breathing, placement, and resonance that encorporates a solid set of vocal techniques and uses your body as an instrument to support a student's career as an artist.
